Inspections without CO2 and noise emissions!
The sheave assemblies are inspected and tested directly on the support in a disassembled state in accordance with the manufacturer's inspection specifications and the Swiss Cable Car Inspection Act (VT=visual crack testing / MT=magnetic inductive crack testing)
Anchor bolt inspections are also available with the pretensioning device

No longer interruptions to operations
Thanks to the mobile workshop on a rope, operations do not have to be shut down for long periods of time. People and goods can be transported in the morning and evening and at weekends, even during maintenance work.
This is an important argument for gondola and chairlifts with year-round or summer operation.
Clamp inspections are also possible during operation.

The Colombo ReviGondola® is suitable for all types of gondola and chairlifts.
Due to its size, it is accessible to almost all valley and mountain stations.
It can be installed on any type of hanger and clamp within 30 minutes.
Depending on the terrain and rope inclination, it can be adjusted horizontally and maneuvered in the stations without dismantling.
Less dependent on the weather
Working on the roller batteries is also less dependent on the weather.
Fog and light rain are no obstacle for the Colombo ReviGondola®.
Saving time and costs
The Colombo ReviGondola® does not require any time-consuming preparations for an overhaul.
A 10-roller battery can be overhauled in 8.5 - 9.5 hours, depending on the condition of the wearing parts.
Based on experience with the Colombo ReviGondola®, cost savings of 70% are possible compared to the conventional overhaul method.
