Inspections without CO2 and noise emissions!
The sheave assemblies are inspected and tested directly on the support in a disassembled state in accordance with the manufacturer's inspection specifications and the Swiss Cable Car Inspection Act (VT=visual crack testing / MT=magnetic inductive crack testing)
Anchor bolt inspections are also available with the pretensioning device

Fast, cost-effective and climate-friendly
Roller battery revision
With the Colombo ReviGondola®, no helicopters, trucks or snow groomers are needed to overhaul roller batteries.
This means no dismantling of the roller batteries, no removal, no space required for storage in parking lots and no overhaul in the workshop. There is also no need to transport the roller batteries back and reassemble them, and there is no need for laborious walks to the supports in rough terrain.
This is also good news for tourists and for our climate. Without helicopter noise and without kerosene consumption, inspections can be carried out even in the high season and in a climate-friendly way.

Advantages
- Inclination up to 45° - individual adjustment of the steps, a clearly arranged workplace
- Changing from ascent to descent is easy and does not require any time-consuming rehanging

Crack testing
VT=visual crack detection, MT=magnetic inductive crack detection
The sheave assemblies are overhauled and tested in dismantled condition in accordance with the manufacturer's test specifications and the National Ropeway Overhaul Act.
Factory test bench
Testing of the bolts directly on site. Can be used again immediately after a positive result.
